Privacy Policy
Last updated September 27, 2026. Short version: we store your schedules so we can show them, we sell nothing, and you can ask us to delete your data.
What we store and why
- Your email address, to sign you in with magic links. Nothing else identifies you.
- Your schedules: kid and parent names, the weekly pattern, overrides and notes, and the timezone, so the calendar renders the right days.
- Share links you create and when you turn them off, so links open for the right people and stop when you say so.
- Your subscription status and period end, so we know whether your schedules are editable.
Share links and calendar feeds
Anyone with a share link can open the page with no account. The page shows who has the kids each day, plus notes you wrote on specific days. It never shows times or addresses, because we do not store them.
Links are long and random, but they are unlisted, not locked: treat them like a house key and only send them to people you trust. When you turn a link off or make a new one, the old link stops working, but calendar apps that subscribed to the feed may keep a copy of past days until they refresh.
Payments
Plus payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us, and is handled under Stripe's own privacy policy. We keep only what we need to run your subscription.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we show no ads, and we do not share your schedules with anyone except the people you send links to. There is no co-parent invite system, so nobody can add themselves to your schedule.
How long we keep data, and deletion
Your schedules stay until you delete them. You can delete a single schedule from its settings page. To delete your whole account and all of its data, or to ask what we hold about you, write to support@scheduleshare.app and we will take care of it.
