Terms of Service
Last updated September 27, 2026. Short version: be kind, pay for Plus if you keep using it past the trial, and only share links with people you trust.
What ScheduleShare does
ScheduleShare holds your custody pattern: who has the kids each day, holiday and swap overrides, and a list of changes. You get one share link per schedule plus a calendar feed, so the other parent and family can follow along with no account.
What it does not do yet: each schedule has one editor, so the other parent views but cannot change anything. The app tracks days, not hours, so there are no pickup times. Share links are unlisted, not password-protected: anyone with the link can open the page.
Free trial and Plus
New accounts get 30 days free, no credit card. After 30 days your schedules go read-only: you can still open and share them, but you cannot change anything until you get Plus. Nothing gets deleted.
Plus costs $3 per month or $27 per year. Cancel from Settings, then Billing. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, then your schedules go back to read-only. See pricing
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Each link expires in 24 hours. Keep access to that inbox, since there is no password to fall back on.
Fair use
Use ScheduleShare for your own family schedules. Do not post share links where strangers can find them, do not use the service to harass anyone, and do not try to break it. We can suspend accounts that do.
Payments
Payments go through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We keep only your subscription status and the end of your current period, so we know whether your schedules are editable.
Quebec
ScheduleShare is run from Quebec, Canada, and the laws of Quebec and Canada apply to these terms. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
